This charming Victorian-era bohemian garnet brooch, circa 19th century, features seventeen rose-cut garnets, renowned for their deep red hue and brilliant sparkle. The garnets are bezel-set in 17ct yellow gold, arranged in a timeless circular design. The rose-cut technique originated from 16th-century Europe. It enhances garnets natural brilliance by exhibiting all the shades of reds.
